Tourist tax of 1.50 eur per person per day is not included in the price.

Rooms are available from October 22-24, 2026. Any additional rooms/nights must be requested separately.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:

• If the cancellation is made up to 60 days before arrival, there is no charge
• If the cancellation is made between 59 and 30 days before arrival - 50% of the total cost will be charged
• If the cancellation is made between 29 and 15 days before arrival - 70% of the total cost will be charged
• If the cancellation is made between 14 and 0 days before arrival and no show - 100% of the total costs will be charged

All cancellations must be sent in writing to the MeetME agency at the address sara@meetme.hr.

The refund will be made after the congress, within 30 days, less administrative costs in the amount of EUR 20.00.
