The Inter-­University Centre will issue a Certificate of Participation to all attendees who have taken an active role in the Seminar-­Workshop. Presenting authors will receive a Certificate from the directors of Seminar-­Workshop.

Cancellation of registration:
Cancellation can be made only in writing to MeetME.
Registration cancelled before May 21st, 2013 will be refunded less administration fee of € 100.00 per registration.
All refunds will be made after the Conference and within two months from the last day of the conference.
Registration cancelled after May 21st, 2013 will not be subject to any refund.

Hotels reservations:
Delegates wishing to book accommodation listed above must fill and submit their on-line registration form
MeetME will assist delegates in finding suitable accommodation. Hotel Reservation will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis according to availability on receipt of reservation. MeetME will contact you directly to find a solution if the chosen accommodation is no longer available. All room charges must be prepaid to MeetME. However, when checking out, all extras (mini bar, telephone charges, rooms service etc.) must be settled by each participant directly with hotel. Changes or cancellations have to be made in writing to MeetME according cancellation conditions.

Cancellation of accommodation reservations:
Cancellation can be made only in writing to MeetME. Any cancellation will be subject to following conditions:
Hotel Bellevue
- 30-15 days before arrival: 80% cancellation fee of total amount
- 15-0 days before arrival: 100% cancellation fee of total amount
Hotel Lero
- By May 1st: without cancellation fees
- From May 2nd: 100% cancellation fee of total amount

All refunds will be made after the Conference and within two months.
