CANCELLATION POLICY:

180 days before the event, no cancellation fee.
Between 179 until 120 days before the event, 30% of the total amount will be charged.
Between 119 until 60 days before the event, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
Between 59 until 30 days before the event, 80% of the total amount will be charged.
Cancellation within 30 days before the event will be charged 100%.

All cancellations must be sent in writing to MeetME.
