Scientific program is expansive and all speakers/moderators should stick with a scheduled time of presentations.
All speakers should provide their presentation on USB stick ONLY, one day before their lecture in the Speaker Ready Room (meeting room VIS, level -1) according bellow schedule:
April 17th, 2015 Friday: 8.00-15.00
April 18th 2015 Saturday: 8.00-15.00
POSTERS PRESENTATION
Technical details for the preparation of your poster:
- All authors should come to the congress with printed posters.
- The number of your poster will be displayed on the board.
- Dimensions printed posters: 70 x 100 cm (width x height)
- Written text on the poster must be in ENGLISH language only
- Boards are white
- Double-faced tape and scissors will be provided at the poster desk
Your poster should be set up on April 16th, between 14:00 to 19:30 h and on April 17th, between 08:00 to 11:00 h.
CME ACCREDITATION - Continuing Medical Education
4th Joint Congress of Croatian and Slovenian National Societies is accredited by the Croatian Medical Chamber for Medical Education:
- 20 points will be awarded to lecturers
- 12 points to listeners.
Certificate will be send by e-mail, after the congress.
CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE: Certificate of attendance will be handed out onsite at the registration desk.
REGISTRATION DESK
Registrations will be opened for participants during the congress days:
April 16, 2015 from 14:00 – 21:00 (foyer level)
April 17, 2015 from 07:30 – 19:00 (level -1)
April 18, 2015 from 08:00 – 17:00 (level -1)
COFFEE BREAKS
Coffee breaks will be served in front of the meeting rooms Grand Dalmacija 1&2 as per final program.
LUNCHES
Buffet lunch will be served in front of the meeting rooms Grand Dalmacija 1&2 during lunch symposiums sponsored by:

SUPERSONIC – Apr 18th, 2015 from 13:00-15:00
EXHIBITION
Exhibition area will be open during the congress period.

- Congress participants and accompanying persons who have paid the registration fee for accompanying person

Check-in: after 14.00h

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

It is strongly recommended that participants and accompany persons ensure that their own personal health, accident and /or travel insurance are up-to-date and valid for use in Croatia. The organisers cannot accept responsibility for personal injury, loss or damage to property, personal or otherwise belonging to meeting participants or accompanying persons, either during or as a result of the symposium of during all tours of their stay in Split.
Participants are requested to wear their badges at all times during the Congress, social events and functions. Please do not leave any of your personal belongings unattended during the Conference.
